He has been involved in the growth of new advanced composite businesses related to power, thermal and structural products. He is a registered Professional Electrical Engineer in the State of California in the area of industrial and residential power systems.

Ed is an expert at setting up and running large composite manufacturing businesses. He has managed over $50M in advanced composite hardware for aerospace and commercial customers, and has developed the manufacturing facilities that have allowed the production of this high quality hardware.

Don has extensive experience in transition to production of advanced composite products. He is experienced in all phases of manufacturing an d test, with materials and process expertise and a decade of large structure testing experience.
